Our Mission

talk with an advisor

Students who have the calling to full-time ministry can educationally prepare to pursue ministerial credentials through their Antioch College course of study.

Mission Statement

With a student-first philosophy, Antioch College exists to cultivate the ministry call of Christian men and women to fulfill their destiny through sound Biblical education and leadership development.

Motto – “Cultivate the Call”

Philosophy of Ministry

It is the desire of Antioch College for each student to experience both the spirit of the local church and the academic training of the school. Antioch College and the local church, together, are able to prepare students with both correct theology and ministry experience to impact the entire world.

Antioch College also demonstrates the biblical model of the five-fold ministry spoken of by Paul to the Ephesians. This ministry model prepares and equips the Body of Christ for ministry by promoting both the gifts of the evangelist and pastor along with the apostle and prophet (Ephesians 4:11-12). Students prepare for ministry as they receive anointed teaching from five-fold ministry leaders in the classroom and from the ministry context of a dynamic local church.

A Three-fold Strategy

To equip individuals to minister more effectively in local church ministry. Students minister in the local church’s ministries and outreaches including home-group programs, local evangelism, Christian education, and leadership training programs.

To equip individuals for cross-cultural ministry. Students serve overseas, to train and equip national leaders to effectively minister to their own people. Antioch College desires to see students minister overseas through the international ministry of Antioch Church, other churches, or through Antioch College’s network of partnering missions ministries.

To equip individuals entering full-time credentialed ministry.
